cash tourneys
where did all that 'support' go for this game?

weren't there a few prize tourneys while back in beta or something?

this forum makes this game feel very dead / / / / / perhaps i should look for an official forum somewhere.

ur from the US right? Well , yeah ... Then I understand your concern.
Its really active in the EU, not so much in the US.
This doesnt mean you need to give up on the game ;)

Btw, there is a pretty impressive & big update coming in February so it will only get better.

If it's dead in the U.S. then I have no intentions of playing . I don't think playing in tournaments or in any form of competitive gameplay is good with over 150 + ping, and I hardly doubt Euros would want some high ping 'know it all ' american around.
Same old Story.

Have fun though - just gonna have to wait a bit longer I think - for that unique FPS gameplay that the industry has obviously forgotton about. Unreals / Quakes (not that unique - but it's not CoD.... ) and HL2DM (SO DEAD NOW - Comp Scene is Gone, mainly Euros and RP dorks r left.) are the only FPS that have held my attention for long - where it felt like the more I try - the better I get.

Anyone else enjoy working for the kill - instead of camping spawns on 10x10 cod maps?

It's not dead, although if you're only playing for the money, you've come to the wrong place. I think Quake, CSGO, League, DOTA, SC2, etc are more up your alley.
