Based on the description, what you do is walk along the beach, play chess, and enjoy the emptiness of the game that is nothing. Which is why it's artistic, for you pay 10 euros for the experience of emptiness.

On the other hand, in this case, I'm just curious what objective features it provides for 10 euros. As far as "art" goes, that does not make up for lack of content.

Spot on. I mean, what are we supposed to think, that decent games can be made without AAA budgets? Come one now, if that were even remotely possible, we would have seen at least one indie game that resonated with somebody by now. Instead all we have are a bunch of flops that nobody enjoys playing.
