BUILT WITH UDK has stopped working

I was interested to try the game out considering it has a 33% off, and I liked the concept of Dream. Sadly I couldn't start the game due to this error. :C
I understand it is still in development, and I hope there might be a fix for this error soon. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance.

Thats for bringing this to our attention. Just letting everyone know we are looking into this! I imagien its quite frustrating buying a game and not being able to play it, it not acceptible; so we are trying our best!

Can you tell me a few more details ?
Verison of windows:
How far did you get before it crashed and produced that error ?

i have the same problem. i doesn't work after the update.

Windows 7 64bit
Intel i7-2670QM @ CPU 2,20 GHz

For those having the issue could you try these and let me know?

• Open \steamapps\common\dream\engine\config and open 'BaseEngine.ini' with notepad
  
• CTRL+F and search for shaders
  
• Change the first result : 'bInitializeShadersOnDemand=False' to 'bInitializeShadersOnDemand=True'
  
• Save and close, Navigate to \steamapps\common\dream\UDKGame\config
  
• Open 'UDKEngine.ini' with notepad.
  
• CTRL+F and search for shaders
  
• Change the first result : 'bInitializeShadersOnDemand=False' to
  
• Save and close the file
  
• Open up UDKSystemSettings.ini
  
• 12 lines down you will see 'MotionBlur=True' - Set this to False, Save and try Dream again.

Let me know if any of you have success

Just tried it with no avail. I'm running a windows 7 64-bit so compatibility isn't a problem. Hopefully this gets fixed with a later patch.

Im having the same problem, Running on windows 8 with intel HD graphics card, I really wanted to try this game out.

win 7 SP1, I can test win 7 no problem

here how it gose for me, I see front logo of Dream first, then screen gose black, then it flicks and I can see my cursor thinking, then it flicks back to black screen and then right after error....
