Kind of a bummer this game has mixed reviews, but eh it's understandable.
This is a super cute match three strategy game, and I definitely enjoy it a lot. Admittedly I only really play it as a time killer, but it's kind of perfect for that (it's great on lunch breaks). I like the implementation of skills that you can unlock by leveling up, and I even like the whole 'mini game' to level your characters up. I think the pacing is pretty decent, and the character/monster designs are nice to look at. Also there's something so satisfying about lining up combos in this game that I can't really describe, but it makes me feel awesome.
My one gripe, as others have mentioned, is sometimes it gets a little hard to control with a mouse. Trying to drag and drop can be a mess, and during hectic battles this can really screw you up. I tried playing with a drawing tablet before, thinking that would make it more managable, but that's not the case. Not much of a problem to me, but the dual monitor issue where it seems you have to have the game in windowed mode can be kinda bothersome, but it's not a super big deal imo.
Overall, I think it's a decent little game, and hell, it's pretty cheap, but if you catch it on sale, you may as well buy it.
