i need help!

i bought a four doom pack and three of my games dont launch, im not sure why

Are you launching it from dosbox or using a source port?

they all launch from dosbox but they just crash after they start loading as the screen flickers trying to load. it does that for the one that works as well and its discoloured to start but mostly returns to normal colour after im in the game

I'd recommend you set-up Doom to run with a sourceport (from Steam), this ought to eliminate all compatibility errors, instructions can be found in:

But to summarize:
1) Get a sourceport (I recommend a zDoom variant unless you want multiplayer).

2) Unpack the files to a destination, e.g. C:\gzDoom

3) Rename the "gzdoom" executable to "dosbox" and then overwrite the "dosbox" file that is in your Steam/Steamapps/Common/[doom version]/base folder with the new one.

Once you have done this, you can run Doom from Steam with the sourceport, a selection window should appear (meaning you can e.g. launch Ultimate Doom with a sourceported Doom 2) - mind you that this will mean you only get hours recorded in the Doom game you launched with.
