If I'd play Plutionia on UltraViolence, I'd Tear my hair out mentaly in a rage quit.

i'd say Plutonia, due to the levels "Cyberden" and "Go 2 It" having a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of enemies (most of them Cyberdemons)

Already beaten both on nightmare, they are both hard in their own way. At least somewhere in the beginning level at some point, gets somewhat easier once you have all weapons with ammo, and if you are wise with health, ammo, and know where you are going you will make it through.
