Key already in use ??? Really ?[fixed]
Hey guys,

It's a few months since I didn't played Trackmania² and I wanted to have a go. But unfortunately for me, for the three games I own, all of them send me the very same error : Keys already in use... Really ?

So I suppose someone activated somehow my keys. I don't know how, since I have played these in the past via Steam. Now I can't and the game even tells me to buy the game once again.

Nadeo ? Any suggestion to recover my legit keys ?

dont create a new account. use the one you already created.

I didn't created a new account. I didn't desinstalled the game previously. I simply launched it, clicked on my already existing account, and my keys were in use (and still are)

Got the support answer. I used the address from the FAQ. Since I didn't bought it from Gamesplanet, they can't do anything. I need to contact Nadeo or Steam. I will do for Steam, but I can't find anything about the Nadeo support. Do somebody have any mail address so I can ask them ? Thanks

Which support did you contact? It's the Ubisoft support that you have to contact:
http://support.ubi.com, then click on the Ask a question link in the FAQ to send them an email, ensuring that they get all the important information on your system and your problem so they can answer correctly the first time.

Yeap they were contacted. I made the mistake to contact Gamesplanet (or something like it). Now it's in the hand of Ubisoft, which replied me that it was going to other people for a deeper research on this. Problem is not yet resolved, and I'm waiting for some news of Ubisoft in order to just be able to play a game I already played before, never removed, and of course bought legitimately. Seems that it's easier for the pirates to play it rather than me playing it legit... :(

I'm waiting for more news from them now...

Are you sure that you launch the game with the first account created? Did you try for example to click right on the game, then select "settings" to start the launcher. Then you will see all your accounts and to try to launch the game with each account to be sure that you didn't use a wrong account.

Yeah, I have the same problem. I got a new computer and I don't remember any of my Trackmania login info. Guess I'd better contact Ubi.
