Maybe we can inundate them with messages until they give in. It really isn't acceptable to offer a product yet not be able to fulfill your promise. I gave them my money thinking it was a sound investment, yet I haven't recieved what they were offering. Very poor service from Steam

Yeah.. I have to agree.. It is complete bull that they cannot give us what we paid for.. I mean honestly, if you do not have enough to cover the expected demand esspecially when they've had sales this big before than they shouldn't advertise it and then expect everyone to just think it is alright when they cannot give what we've paid for. Steam has really dissapointed me on this one, and I think a company as large as them can manage to give out something for our troubles. I mean hell even Sony whom has a terrible console was able to give out gifts after their down time, I think Steam can manage the same.
