This is not good guys, where is my game I paid for???
Ok, last two days I haven't been able to play this game. It was working fine, I bought the enhanced edition, everything was working as it should be. Now, today I fire up steam and
No game, on my library list of games, no icon on my desktop either.

I can't get any kind of feedback from these guys who made the game.
I feel like I've been taken.

Who do I submit this complaint to? Steam managemnt,not Ace combat people for sure.

I hate how this makes me feel. Now I have a hard time thinking of other purchase that are similar to how this one, ahem, unfolded into whacky land.

are you sure you purchased the game?, i had it as it said i owned the game now its gone, coz free weekend is over...

Yeah, on steam it shows everything. The money came out of my steam wallet.
And I had the game through paying for it. And others are getting the run around as well

I just checked your profile out and it doesn't list the game as tied to your account. I bought the game thru my steam wallet over the free weekend too, you see and it doesn't come up as a game that we both have in common ownership.

Maybe you want to try looking through your e-mail box. If you had purchased the game therre should be a receipt about the said purchase.

I have the directory on my drive with the executibles there. It flashes then nothing wihen I click on them.
I will get my steam receipt in one minute,

Dude, it's still not showing on our common games list, I am afraid to report. Have you tried to verify the integrity of the game cache? It can be found under the properties menu when you right click the game.

It may be that the store hasn't updated your library correctly.

I know it's an old thread, but just in case... If you really bought it, the game should be listed here:

https://store.steampowered.com/account/

If it isn't there, then look for your receipt you got after the purchase. If you didn't printed it back when you bought it (on paper or as a PDF), check your e-mail, look for it, and contact support with the Confirmation Code found in that receipt.
