Where is the integrity at Steam, I've been ripped off and nothing being done!!!!!!
Posted this many times, but dang it, Im not letting this go. I bought the enhanced addition, with steam wallet money, so I have record of the purchase. I downloaded, and played for 2 days. Woke up the 3rd morning and any thing to do with Ace Combat EE. was gone. No icon on desktop, no directory without anything regarding ACE Combat at all. I've tried everything, would someone mind steering me in the right direction for where I can get help?

I want my game back, or the money I paid for it.

I'm amazed in this day and age that ripping me off came so non-chalant for them.

Please,, any advice welocmed.

DEVELOPER's, please step up to the plate, and do the right thing.

You're not helping anything by posting in here. Steam employees don't check these forums most of the time, nor do the developers. In fact, this might not even be the developer's fault.

The only thing you can and should do is contact Steam Support.

The devs have nothing to do with how Steam distributes the product. They're only deal is making said product.
I would check to see if the account is shared.
If not, make sure your steam wallet actually had money taken out of it.

What it sounds like, is free weekend, you downloaded it, weekend was over, and then it deleted itself, which it usually does.

Either way, contact Steam Support, this isn't the place.

Search for it in the store, if its linked it to your account then it'll say 'play now'
