Originally released by LucasArts in 1995, Full Throttle is a classic graphic adventure game from industry legend Tim Schafer, telling the story of Ben Throttle; butt-kicking leader of biker gang the Polecats, who gets caught up in a tale of Motorcycles, Mayhem and Murder.
Do you feel comfortable supporting Double Fine/Tim Schafer?
When I heard Double Fine was releasing a remastered version of Full Throttle, I felt very excited as I was never able to play the original.
However, I also remembered a couple of things Tim Schafer and, by proxy, Double Fine, has done that haven't been v...
Love the game to hell and back, but where in the name of Moses' mother did all of those Gs and Bs come from?
Unrelated question: Is it actually possible to beat the biker with the chainsaw without using the cheat in the original? I remember hitting him ...
Hi everyone ! First thanks a lot for this great game & thx for supporting Linux !
Just a minor issue : there's no PNG icon when one installs the game on Linux. Some games forget to provide that :-) If the game ever gets updated, please think of us :-)
Graphically this is one of the recent remasters that I feel actually suffers from the new paint job - the lighting just doesn't seem right and nothing really is gained - thankfully you can swith back to the old version which I couldn't do with the Monkey Island titles. I have to say that this is the most tedious of the old Lucas Arts games and probably indicative of the poor quality of the over-hyped work associated with Tim 'I screwed you all with Broken Age' Shafer (seriously, have you seen how many shoddy games he's been responsible for compared to the few, sorry, 2 gems?). And a bit of a spoiler: I played the original, and still have the disc, but I just cannot finish this due to an odd lack of bunnies (put down 12 but I cannot pick up 11 and the 6 I have isn't enough).
