You should be able to buy some of those green scrolls from temples.

Edit: Stone to Flesh

For future potions of mirrored eyes and the first level mage spell "protection from petrification" protect against petrification. It won't help your party now. For the moment you'll need a Stone to a bunch of Stone to Flesh scrolls (which as El_Coronel pointed out) you can get at a temple.
