No Chipset Support??/ D:
This may be kinda silly to mention, but I've been waiting to play the Enhanced Edition for quite some time... Now that I've bought it, I,out of the anticipation didn't check the system requirements..
I have an Intel(R) 945.. the rest of the specs are (much) more than enough to handle the game, but so far it crashes at the first screen....
Is there nothing that can be done about this?

The next patch is aimed at addressing the compatibility issues with Intel chipsets, but until the contractual issues are resolved with the publishing partner the patch can't be released.

That's good to know, any idea when that's going to happen?

There's a bit more information here: http://www.baldursgate.com

Unfortunately we don't know anything about timelines (these things can take anywhere from a few weeks to several years [this probably won't take that long]), but if you head over to the official forums ( http://forum.baldursgate.com ), there will certainly be an announcement as soon as there's information to be had.

Working OK here on HD3000. Just need to start each time in windowed mode before switching to full screen.
