can kensai's no duel-class now?

I was planning on making a kensai / mage and i meet all the requirements but forsome readons its not letting me duel-class into a mage. was duel-classing removed for kit classes or something?

Are you human?
Are you level 2 or higher in your Kensai class?
Do you have at least 17 Strength and 17 Intelligence?
If so it should work. It did for me just now.

ah!, i have 16 Int.... need to remember where the tome of intelligence is then... i have 17 str and 16 int, im lvl 5 with no stats lower then 14 (rolled a nice 92 on creation =3)
