Looking for friends for BG gaming
long time BG player looking for people to run the story with. 1 character per-person, host pause only, anyone game? (i dont care if i host or not, i can play with or without pause)

edit: for future refernce to any and all interrested in becoming friends to play bladur's gate please post on this forum so i dont have to querry you about it later when i get a friends request

does and doesnt, its iffy, but if you use Hamachi you can play fine online

How the hell do you connect to eachother? I just tried every possible way it seems with my friend, even using hamachi. Put in his hamachi IP and it wouldn't let us connect to eachother..

he, the irony is I just posted a thread about wondering if it was possible to play with online friends. I have not bought the game yet, but I shall within the next couple of days. The thing is, I like to play the game for the story and explore. Not just to charge through it, looking for best gear (which seems to be the primary play style these days). If there are cut-scenes, I like to watch them. If I am in a conversation with an npc, I like to read it, and not just skip to the end.

Don't get me wrong, I can more than handle myself in a battle. I just like to appreciate the game. So hope you'd add me as a friend, that goes to anyone else in here. It would actually be nice to play with some people who never did the original, let them enjoy the story as it unfolds, as long as we don't give them spoilers.

So count me in bro. We could arrange a regular playing time, so we can do the game as a team from start to finish.

sounds good Mrh5474 i'm currently going through the story again solo so i know it by heart again (i could praticly say every line in the game by now lol without reading it or even playing)

TO Korn, i myself am new to hamachi. a friend had me get it and we we're able to play together with the IP he made, but not the one i made.... so i dont know, i say just keep trying.

cannabis, there was just a patch for v1.0.2014 after that i had got invited to a game with 4 others. with the exception of a few client crashs (2 over a span of 2 hours) we had an amaizing connection without using hamachi. So try again without hamachi and see how it goes.

I'm looking for a group to play with, I've never played through this game, so I'm down if you want to actually read all the dialogue, I'll read along. Let me know if your running a game.
