It has become obvious that Steam does not review the games that are put online for publishers that have previous published a game with them. Just look at The War Z debacle. Really makes you consider if you have a choice between steam and non-steam to go the non-steam route even though it sucks having your library broken up among different sources.

And yeah this game shouldn't exist. It tarnishes the memory of one of the greatest games ever created in the name of a quick cash grab. Disgraceful.

It plays fine, its a step up from the origional. The multiplayer is unstable, and theres a bunch of debilitating bugs. This game is mostly enjoyable for the dialouge above all else, although besides story line, voice acting is introductions rather than reading the script, which is a shame.

I have no idea wtf have you people been smoking, I've played over 20h without a single bug. The game works perfectly without having to install ton of mods. It was the best €14 I've ever spent.

Lol if you would of looked more into the WarZ issue you would of seen it was indeed a SCAM. The devs used false advertising and many other cheap tricks to make money. The game would be on a MUCH higher level of quality at this point if the devs actually cared.

Like I've said, you can hate War Z all you want, but really, the fact that it literally has 1700 people playing on Steam right at this moment kind of says something considering it was only for sale here a few days (some time ago) and still manages to make the top 100 played games on Steam.

The store page was misleading, but that wasn't the first time we've seen that kind of thing. I suppose no one remembers when Orion: Dino Beatdown was labeled as a racing game?

If it was 5$ i would probably be fine with the fact it's not that good as original game with a few mods.

i bought it because i wanted it in my steam library -_- . this game is not bad.
i am new to bg tough and tbh i really am not into modding and stuff. just wanna play them games.
BUT i have problems in group combat. i hope i will get better in the future but the writing and atmosphere of the game are very good. even if the game is 15 years old it will stand the test of time IMO
