Ending scenario 1

If anybody can help...
After resolving the Forge of the overlord quest, you're presented with three choices : accepting your death, killing the queen o trying to save somebody's soul.
I've tried the three options ans then... nothing. The scenario ends. Is there not a scenario 2 after that ? In the main menu, if I choose to continue with the campaign, it sends me back to the three choices. Is that the definitive end or did I miss something ?
