What frame rates are you getting in the performance test?
I have just bought a new computer with an i5 4690 CPU and a ASUS GTX 780 video card. I have set everything to the highest setting but when I run the performance test I am only getting 50 fps. I am bit surprised. This is an old game and I have a high end video card. I was expecting it to be higher. I tried lower the setting by click the Automatic settings button and it made no difference to the frame rate.

I am curious now. What frame rates is everyone else gettting, especially those with current high end video cards?

Do your test in skirmish and online. I suspect your framerate is being hit by online play which IMHO means other players affect your framerates somewhat.

No it was just the performance test that you can do when you change the graphics settings. The test runs a company of heroes themed video and then when it finishes it tells you how you did.

I think I have figured it out. It is a limitation of monitor which is a few years old. 1080p and 60 hertz. I think 60 fps is the absolute max for this sort of monitor. That is what I found after a quick google.

Next I'll have to get a new monitor :)
