SOMEONE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE
Everytime I move the mouse to aim/strafe it moves me forward/backward also and it's really annoying, is there a way to disable the forward/backward movement when moving the mouse?

Are you using Doxbox or a source port?

There is a guide in this thread with a video guide at the bottom for disabling it in Dosbox.
It is for doom2 but the only difference will be the config file is ultimatem.conf instead.

1***Put novert files in base folder. Download from here.
http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=12039

2***Then go here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Ultimate Doom\base

3***Open this file
ultimatem.conf

4***At the bottom it will look like this
[autoexec]

mount c .\base
c:
doom.exe -config MOUSE.CFG
exit

5***Change it to look like this. The word novert is the difference, insert it as below and save.
[autoexec]

mount c .\base
c:
novert
doom2.exe -config MOUSE.CFG
exit

6***Done.
