Launch Doom with ZDoom always through Steam?

Hi.

I've just installed some Doom engine games with ZDoom. I had bought them on Steam (Final Doom, Ultimate Doom, Doom II: HoE and Master Levels), but I would like to configure Steam to always run them with this port.

I just want to change Steam direction. I mean: when I click Doom in my library, instead of launching the default .bat, I want to make Steam launch other file in order to play with ZDoom. Is that possible? I assume that it's just writing the correct line in the game's launch options, but I would like somebody to answer me.
