Help Low Fps Problem
I was able to get this to play on windows 8.1, but when in game the game will pause and the music is not playing correctly. Any Fixes. Im using a gaming pc so thats not the problem

i also have a bit of trouble. try running the game .exe file in compatibility mode.

If you don't want to install a source port that comes with enhancements, then maybe you should install Chocolate Doom. It basically recreates DOS Doom as closely as possible. It's MUCH easier to setup and play, and even recreates the DOS setup screen.
