But I'd recommed trying the game out on ZDoom. Alot of Doom fans play on It, that way they don't have to use Dosbox or any of that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
You need to buy console. That way you can play games by just inserting DVD without knowing anything. Dont buy older PC games as some of them require a IQ higher than 50 to make them work.

These older games (particularly if they're DOS games) should get tested before release so that they work on current hardware straight away.
