Hi there. Well, to get it to run doom EXACTLY like that, you just need to download this:

https://mega.co.nz/#!Eos2FCzI!840JJ3tqeN5eEOJ0eI7JPRCLcQdfnaKQ_WAdrOnJYVg

It's as easy as unpacking the file, reading the instructions included and launch the games from their folders (brutal doom/brutal doom II).

I can't speak for the general quality of the mod package, but from the video I can see they're using several weapon mutators and an HD sprite pack. I would advise against using those, particularly the sprite pack, since it's incomplete and the caco uses a funky 3d model as a base.

Anyway, a general way to modding doom is:

1. Get GZDoom (you may need to get zandronum as well for some mods) and unpack it in any folder you like.
2. Put your game WAD in it (DOOM.WAD or DOOM2.WAD).
3. Get the mods you want (If you like brutal doom, I'd recommend you get the "sperglord edition", it makes some fixes and balances to brutal doom).
4. Drag the mod files you acquired (usually wad or pk3 files) and drop them on the game's executable (gzdoom.exe).
5. Enjoy!

If you'd like to get rid of the "drag n' drop" thing, you can set an autoload list like this:

Open the .ini file on your gzdoom folder (zdoom-"user".ini) and look for the autoload options ([Doom2.Autoload]). Under the autoload category for the game (doom 2 in this case) just point where the brutal doom file is located. Example:

[Doom2.Autoload]
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\Brutal_Doom_v19_SE.pk3

You can also add any other mod you wish to start doom with. A music/texture/map replacer, etc.

Example 1:

[Doom2.Autoload]
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\D2MUS2012.wad
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\Brutal_Doom_v19_SE.pk3

Example 2:

[Doom2.Autoload]
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\D2MUS2012.wad
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\Mel_Beautiful-Weapons.wad
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\lights.pk3
Path=C:\Juegos\DOOM II\Mods\SBrightmaps.pk3

This way you can simply launch the executable or shortcut (which you can put wherever you want) without dragging/dropping any files.

And you are set. I hope this is clear enough to get you starting with your doom fun ;)

P.S. This obviously works with hexen and heretic too, since those are supported by gzdoom.
