Any way to set a windowed mode resolution?

Just wondering - windowed mode seems to have some sort of fixed resolution I can't change - and it's a bit too big for my desktop. Is there some sort of config or ini file I can edit to force a different resolution?

I've been wondering this myself.
It would probably make more sense to have a list with "Windowed" "Borderless" and "Fullscreen", separate from the resolution list, and let the resolutions apply to any of the first three options.

Also, it would be nice to have the borderless window in the middle/top of the screen instead of the upper left corner.
I understand having it at the top, to keep it away from the default taskbar position, but it's uncomfortable looking up in the corner.

You can resize the window by dragging the edges, but if it is starting too large, the options WindowWidth and WindowHeight are in Graphics.ini in the parent folder of where the launcher button to open save games takes you.
