Performance problems?

I want to buy this game, but I'm worried about the framerate issues I've read about. Since there's no demo I'm very apprehensive, which sucks because very few games interest me these days.

My specs:
FX 6300 @ 3.5GHz
XFX 7850 2GB DD
8GB RAM @ 1666 MHz
Windows 7 64 bit

Anyone have a remotely similar configuration that can run the game smoothly? If I couldn't run it with solid FPS then it wouldn't even be worth buying on sale.

We are trying to determine which hardware has performance issues, as some players have no problem running game. You are unlikely to have any trouble, as the development machine I'm on right now is an AMD FX 8350 and XFX 7850. When we transition the rendering engine to OpenGL later this year, that hardware will be heavily tested as well.
