One thing that would make the game a bit better would be to have a key to see where you have been on the map.

Look at Descent 1, 2, and 3... the map feature at worked very very well in Descent.

The H key to show the path to take helps but in some levels it gets very confusing.

Such as "Storage"... I kept getting lead on a wild goose chase at times... I would go where the Path Indicator pointed... then it pointed me back to the same spot I had just come from after I went in the direction that the Path Indicator sent me to.

Other than that, this game is wonderful... I really like the fact that the percentage of items on each level where I have finished shows the details.

A lot of our maps are much more complex than the old Descent levels, and building a workable 3 dimensional model would be difficult for a 6dof game. We put a lot of thought into the coloring, the auto correction, the pacing, the music and more to give you an idea of where you are going. This extends into multiplayer as well. I know we all get used to things in our first person shooters and the headaches can be annoying, but we feel like there are plenty of hints in the game that will drive toward getting you the same information you'd see in a map.

I understand... it was just a wish... not a requirement.

Anything complex as Retrovirus has a lot of features and there are always things that could be added.

One thing I have learned in over 35 years of writing software is that some of the best ideas come from people that use your software.

I appreciate the attention to detail in this game.

Job well done by the whole team at Cadenza.
