Does this happen on every level or just certain ones?
Restarted the level and was able to kill all the viruses.
I'm having the same problem with the "Inbox" level. Went through the level 3 times already, always come up 2 enemies short. They don't show up when you scan the surroundings, and I've made sure no civilian got reinfected.
Seeing I'm not the only one with this problem, I guess it will be a bug...
*Edit* Just finished "Transport" twice, and each time I ended up with 59/60 enemies killed, BUT the stats show 100% completed anyway. Very weird.
Also "inbox" is completely broken. I've completed that level 10 times on every difficulty and every time I get 80/82 enemies killed. And no, there were no reinfected observers as I made sure of it, so it seems that there are 2 enemies that doesn't spawn on this level.
After personally flying in there, drawing their aggression, and vanquishing them myself, I can confirm that the game still insists that there are 2 I didn't exterminate.
Thorough searches of every room in the stage and multiple scans failed to come up with anything. But some people have actually obtained the 100% achievement, so (A we're missing something, (B they edited their saves in order to get 100% on something that cannot be naturally, or (C the enemies *used* to be there, but were lost in a patch before Cadenza sank and will not be restored unless someone does it themself.
Of course, there is always the possibility that two other viruses got sucked into the same turbine/grinder.
From what i've read here...
Well, i stop trying to get the 100%.
