Can't get 100% Scan on Depths.

After beating depths on multiple occasions, I've noticed I always ended up with 95% scan. In that I hadn't found 2 memory. I've backtracked through the entire map multiple times, looked beyond every door yet I can't find them. Sadly no one has ever posted 100% scan guides. Anyone have 100% scan on depths?
