Why is Dragon's Lair 3D, not on Steam?

That game is a masterpiece. I loved playing it. It was already ahead of it's time. The cell-shaded dungeon world and cartoony graphics were all just so great. I'd love for it to be on Steam. Would be even better and awesome if you remaster it.
