2. No, English only. As far as I know, there are currently no plans to make it multilingual.
We'd like to offer translations, but it's hard, so it won't happen in the near future.
Sry for my bad english, just such software i don't want to missunderstood something wrong and makes everything for the trashbin. If you understand what i mean. :O)

Dota2 is also translated by community like a lot of Valve games

Communities can help so it's less hard
Then the next problem is supporting a product in a language the development team doesn't speak. We pride ourselves on our customer support, but we're still a small team, and hiring someone to deal with each language just isn't feasible at the moment.
So again, we'd really like to do it, but it's not a simple thing to do at all.
Pitty, if this was in German, I would buy it immediately. I don't have any problems managing my money, but I am interested in improving the household budget, and saving money, just the same.
Not clear on the last paragraph.
I just don't want to waste my money on a program that I don't understand.
Or?
I just don't want to end up with a wasteful budget.
I'd be more concerned about this part. People paying $60 for a program expect top-notch support, shoving one's customers off on free support forums could kill one's international business before it even got started.
Translating the interface to non right-to-left languages is likely to be simpler than you expect. A user ini file solution for button labels, and user HTTP redirects for help articles would meet the needs of non-english speakers well, without requiring providing actual support. Like Valve hiring mod developers, you could later look to the community for international support, and advice. The leaders could request simple changes for the most glaring UI issues.
Of course, this would have to be an unsupported, and an unadvertised feature. And, like you said, it is not going to happen quickly.
I've added localisation features into an application before, so I know the text side of things isn't too hard. We'd definitely want to get the community to help us with it.
sure it takes a bit of extra programming when you make it, but not the huge amount of program change it takes afterwards your program goes global... :D
It's not an easy thing to do, but I do wish it had been done earlier :(
I got really excited when I saw this here on steam because my father use a similar software (ridiculously old/outdated software) so.. I thought about buying this for him but since there's no pt-br translation and he doesn't speak english... :(
