TXF format?
Hi, my wife and I use Intuit TurboTax to do our taxes and file them with the Canadian Revenue Agency. I looked up some information on Intuit's site and it said that TurboTax could import from another program so long as the file itself was in TXF format.

So my question is: can YNAB export files into TXF format so that they can then be imported into TurboTax?

No, I'm sorry - there's no TurboTax export.
You can export to QIF and CSV. If there's a way of converting from those to TXF, that might work for you, but they are the only export formats we support right now.
