Report a translation problem
Open your Steam-purchased copy and select Help->About, and there is a button that will copy your license key. You can then download the trial from our website on to your wife's laptop, and use the key you have copied to activate that copy.
Sound reasonable?
I should have done a little more research before buying. But still, I'd never have even noticed YNAB if it wasn't on Steam. :-)
