I had a triple screen setup using the GPU settings (I used Radeon Affinity) - ETS2 showed the extra resoltion and allowed me to view across all 3.
How does it look with triple monitor? Can you see more peripheral vision to the sides? or is it just kinda stretched?
Triple-screen works pretty seamlessly. Make sure that you're set to the correct single-surface screen resolution on the desktop (on my system using ATI CCC, I have hotkeys set for switching between extended desktop and Eyefinity/single-surface modes), then launch the game and select your triple-head resolution. That's it.

The game is horizontal+, meaning that it widens your peripheral view instead of stretching it (though there is a little stretch at triple-head res due to fov settings).

I wish i could do this over just two monitors. But It seems three are required at least for nvidia which I have.
You wouldn't want to span it on two monitors anyway, because you'd be placing a monitor bezel dead-center in your vision =)

Here's a couple of in-cab triple-head shots:

I would settle for just having the look right interior view glued to my right monitor, and the regular view in the left.

I'm interested in getting facetrack noir set up, but I'm not having good luck getting it to even recognize a camera, I've tried two so far that are at work, and one is even on the list of compatible cameras but doesn't work either. It seems very quirky.

I dont really have the desk space for triple monitors. So this is what I want to do. Im wondering if it is possible. SO I dont need to look so far to check my mirror and what not.
I've got an Nvidia 660Ti and three monitors (currently set in Win7 to "expanded view") and I don't have any options regarding multi monitor setup via the ingame options. Any help gladly appreciated!
Gotcha, Uni
Thanks to you, Creamsicle Kitten, I got it.

For everyone else, who's having trouble: In your driver settings (Nvidia here) it's under "Surround, PhysX". There you just have to check that box which says Surround Settings.

How do I get into the driver settings? I've got Nvidia too
When you install your drivers, it should install Nvidia Control Panel. Just start typing "nvidia in the start menu, and it should pop up.
you know what would be awesome..being able to use ur second screen to view on the right in the game (like inside view with second screen on see more inside + mirror...oh well)
I can't find "Surround, PhysX" in my Nvidia control panel, I need help. :-)
i have a gts 250 card and it seems that the only way to get a multimonitor setup in this game is with 3 monitors and not two :( ..i only have two
