Europeen road signs

It's me or it's the europeen road sign are difficul to view, it's peharp the game too, because i am not able to read what is writing in my dash, peharp i need more big glasses Ha Ha Ha!...,

i want to know if for the people they live in europe or they know the road sign if they are difficul to read in reallity...,

Each time i pass a spped road sign and if i am in the center line by example i am never able to read it, and if i am on right side i am able to read it only when they are beside me..., more of the time, the time i view the limited speed Paf!, the radar catch me and i have ticket,

my computer are in full quality, impossible to have better, but i think more it's the game they make this, peharp they have make the road sign too small, i don't know,

i try to find a way to be able to be able to read my dash and the road sign..., but whitout loosing quality of the game, i know they have some game you can modify something to have a better view more neer whitout losing quality, but i don't know if it's possible in this game..., so if you have solution i listen...

The road signs are really difficult to read no matter what settings you're on. It's a little easier to read your dash and road signs during certain conditions if you disable HDR, though. If you can live without the bloom/glow, this is your best option. There may be some mods to tone the HDR down without disabling it completely, but I don't have any direct links for that, sorry.

I have to agree that the HDR effect seems to be overdone - I'm trying the game with it on again and I think it washes things out as a side-effect.

There have been quite a few calls for putting the speed limit in the GPS display. There are some GPS that do this in the US; I don't know if Europe has this on any of its GPS available.

Another way to avoid speeding tickets is to pay attention to surrounding traffic and any warning signs or flashers.

yes, having indicator in the gps will be a good idea, i have one like this (not in game, but in the real world), and it's work fine, it's can be very good to have it in game, but they need to advise you before the radar Ha Ha ha..., but me too i don't know if they have this in Europe side,

a small other question, i know the europeen have a road, i don't remember the name they give it, but it's a road you can ride whitout limit, i have not find this road for now in game, in the reality i think they call this road the autobane, but not sure, the more big fast i view it's 110, but this autobane peharp they don't exist now, because i have know when an accident happend on this road, they can have more hundred car they make Paf!...

We do have indicators showing the speedlimit in Europa, just have to pick the right brand and the price is a bit higher.

Its only Germany that have "No limit autobahn" and it is narrowed down to a small % of the

Most german autobahn are NOT unlimited speed - the opposite is the fact - you encounter manyy different limits on german autobahn. It is a tale that you can speed up here to the limit if you are on the autobahn.

I see signs fairly well, but sometimes at high speed I must admit I can struggle a bit with speedlimit signs, so it would be good if they made those signs just a tiny bit larger. Take some size from the moon and give it to the signs.

I've driven the autobahns and understand what you're saying. Many Americans have this myth embedded in their brains - and they drive vehicles that would become unsafe at about 90mph/145kph. On the few autobahn stretches that had no limit, the Germans kept their speed reasonable and it was pretty safe. Wouldn't like to be on the road with a bunch of Americans turned loose with no speed limit (and I'm American).

Well, I was down in Bayern last summer, and there are certainly some that think there are no speedlimits down there. Most of those people drive large Audi, BMW, Mercedes and the odd Porsche, and seems to think they own the roads down there. In my view it is actually a bit scary when you are driving around 150kph, and someone blasts past you in 250kph. My brother even said to me "Will you take over now, I am too old for this!".
Happily most pople drive very sensible, and it is a sheer pleasure to see how skilled germans and other continental europeans are at driving on high traffic roads at fairly high speeds. In Norway 30-50% of people have no clue about how to drive outside their own countryroad.

Living in Brittany in France, and yes the panels in ETS 2 are too small compared to the actual size.

For example :

Size - Disc - Triangle - Square - Octagon

In places where implantation of the normal size is complicated
Small - 650mm - 700mm - 500mm - 600mm

Normal traffic lanes
Normal - 850mm - 1000mm - 700mm - 800mm

Divided roads
Large - 1050 mm - 1250 mm - 900 mm - 1000 mm

Motorways or dual carriageways
Very large - 1250 mm - 1500 mm - 1050 mm - 1200 mm

I have a workshop mod, not sure if you need Sisls cab mod for mounting it, sits in corner of windscreen that clearly displays speed. I have got on GPS display but this sits just in eye line so, for me, is better.
