Getting fined an night for using headlights
I am using Headlight at night (level 1 of 2) and i get fined. Do i need to use Fog lights?(level 2)

You might have your parking lights on instead of your headlights. Headlights have low beam and high beam. There's four modes of lights you can have on.

"level 1" sounds like parking lights which are inadequate for night driving. Switch on the low beam light and the problem is solved (default tap "L" twice). There are no default "fog lights" in ETS2 that I have seen.
