Mapping the fan community 2014

Hey folks,

As it's been almost 4 years since SCS has done a survey like this[blog.scssoft.com], I'm attempting to compile an updated, exhaustive list of fansites and community pages for the TruckSim blog, so that they don't have to.

The following will be included: working links with at least some activity within the last 6 months (obviously the more active the better), oriented towards any SCS games (obviously, the more current the better: ETS2, ATS), mods and most importantly: community. Names will be provided to the linkage.

Here's the preliminary list - if you know about a site that isn't listed and fits the criteria, please comment so that it can be added before publishing.
