currently at negative 300,000 euros, how do i restart?

You can delete your old profiles in the main menu.

tip back up ur profile often. so if something goes worng like an mod breaks ur game you dont need to start all over

The fastest way to reset is to delete "save" directory inside your profile ("Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles/<your_profile_id>/save"). If you had some early saves there with a positive balance, you could load one of them instead.

I suggest saving the game in separate savegames after or before each delivery.

Or just create a new profile in-game. Easiest. You can keep the old one as monument to negative accounts :D

Just out of pure curiosity, how in the nine hells did you manage to hit 300k in the red?
