G29 or T300 RS ?
I want to buy my 1st steering wheel and I want one with a good reliability.

I heard about a lot of issues people had with the T300 RS, so I'm unsure if it is worth the money.

I hope to hear from your experience with any of those wheels. Thank you in advance.

Your better of getting the t500 with the inverted pedals

Or if you are not on a budget then I'd would look into fanatec

I'm on a budget sadly.

Well the t500 with the pedals are that much more then the t300rs I don't own any thrustmaster products I'm using fanatec but my friend has the t500 and he said it a awesome budget wheel

I've got a t300rs, I can say that it works perfect and it isnt that expensive

I could get a T300 RS cheaper than a G29 but I heard that the pedals of the T300 RS aren't too good and you have to buy better ones seperately.

The only thing that is better with G29/920 is the pedals compared to the T3PA pedals with clutch that comes with some of the T300RS budles like the GT Edition, basic 300RS has only gas and break pedals. Also the leader rim gives a better feel the rubber Thrustmaster gives but that is nothing that can be changed to make it the opposit.

The T3PA Pro that is addon or come with T500RS is better that Logitechs pedals but not as good as fanatec that just like its wheel is over budget for most users.
Addon shifter is TKO for thrustmaster and its TH8A over the not so good Logitech try to sell as addon rather than put in the wheelbundle where it belong as it don't carry the value they try to sell it for.

I replaced two shifters for my old G25 during 5 year period since they worn out in the plastic interior so some gears aint as smooth to shift to/from wont even be able to shift to that position and make that gearposition useless and the shifter itself useless.
I replaced the G25 with the awsome T500RS(bolted thru the desk so no issues with it sliding of the desk like other wheels can do that dont offter the option with drilling holes and use bolts) with the F599XX Evo rim and TH8A mainly due to stronger and smoother beltdriven FF over geardriven, loud and notchy FF that has not changed that mutch G25-G29/920, bigger rim on T500 since i dont like the 28cm and smaller rims and the fact i can use a custom rim if i want to. I look in to getting a real iconic Scania Vabis rim and use an adaptor for ATS/ETS2 to get the most out of those games with the SKRS and buttonboxes. Then expand and get a Classic sportscar woodrim like fanatec offers but cheaper for games that offers those kind of cars. That i cant do with Logitech but for first wheel Logitech is good but not exellent since they have been cutting down the package in more than one way and try to make more money for the same thing they sold before but by making them more consolefriendly they can raise the pricetag for the things you need compared to its original big brother G25/27.
If i ever replace this T500RS it will be with a fanatecwheel and shifter/pedals.

Thats just my opinion on the Logitech/Thrustmaster "war of the wheels"
