Trouble moving game window to second monitor

Hi there. I'm trying out the free version looking to buy it during the summer sale, and I'm having problems getting fullscreen games to show up on my second screen instead. I tried the Ctrl+Alt+X shortcut with TF2, and it partially moved it over -- all mouse events occur on the second screen, but the video is still on the first screen. I also tried the Force Window Location option with it (hl2.exe), but the game ignored it and still launched on my primary monitor. How do I get it to run on my other screen?

Does Team Fortress 2 have a "windowed" mode in the video settings? If so, you'll need to change it to that in order to move it using the hotkey.

Alternatively, you can change the Primary monitor, and save it as Monitor Profile in DisplayFusion, then load the Monitor Profile using a hotkey before launching TF2.
