Prevent Window Deactivation, "Invalid Key Combination"?
Trying to use the trial version of Display Fusion to see if this feature runs smoothly. I'm finding the sheer number of keybinds kind of overwhelming...the only thing I want this for is for gaming in fullscreen mode on monitor 1 but then not having my game minimize when I go to click something on monitor 2. I finally found the "prevent window deactivation" option but can't get it to bind...any help would be appreciated. Any advice in general would also be appreciated; the main issue I'm trying to deal with/fix is that EVE Online, now that my GTX 670 is hooked up to 2 monitors, there's an very subtle difference in the way the game is rendering....hard to explain, it runs fine but just not quite as smooth as it was. I was hoping that running it in full screen mode might shave off just enough resources to fix this very minor non-issue lol.

What key combination are you trying to assign to that Function?

honestly I feel like a bit of an idiot but I was just clicking the greyed out options thinking that, with so many keybinds, perhaps it was making a sort of keybind suggestion lol :P ...it was shift, ctrl, windows, alt; then I tryed various combinations of those 4.

btw how exactly am I supposed to know what keybind to assign when this thing has SO many keybinds lol :P

Ah ok, sorry for the confusion. You can use any combination of 2 or 3 of the Shift, Ctrl, Win, Alt, and then you also need to enter a keyboard key in the box below it.

i.e., something like Ctrl + Shift + F1 should work fine.

another question...why are all the options under the taskbar settings greyed out? I can't enable a second taskbar...am required to make an account first or something?

No worries, the trial is supposed to have all features available, so it sounds like maybe yours is stuck on the Free version. Please email us at support@displayfusion.com and I'll send over a new 30-day trial key for you :)
