Issues With Screen Size (Windowed Mode)

Hey guys,

just reinstalled this to play, but I can not get full screen to work, it's permenantly stuck in window mode. I have a 40" TV that I use, I set screen size to 1920x1080 (desktop is at 4k) and it will not do full screen, stays windows in top left section of monitor. Is there a config file or something I can access? When i installed it showed a drop down arrow to choose resolution, but I can get to that again to possibly set 4k res as options does not list. Any help would be appreciated!

it doesn't haver 4k resolution. it never did you'll need to use lower compatibility settings.

So I have to change the desktop res size in order to play??
