Future Features of kinetic void.
I recently started playing kinetic void and was very impressed. i don't think it is a full, fun, interesting game just yet, (but, it is under development) but i think it has great potential. Here are a few things i think the team over at kinetic void should think about adding to the game;

Vehicle tracking when in space and at worp speed
Variation in weapons
Make the engines have different qualities like speed, and life time
make it so you can communicate with other (enemy and friendly) ships
a map that shows all ships in your galaxy
build-able space stations (to be used as a rendezvous point)
a hanger subsystem so a large ship can hold many fighter-class ship
better HUD.

Any more ideas??? :)

1. Vehicle tracking: I don't know if it's exactly that feature which you mean, but you know you can keep track of a spacecraft by pressing C when you selected it (that little red/grey symbol)

Edit: I actually never tried it with MWD, but I suppose entering MWD will reset it, because, well, you rapidly overcome vast distances. Having a ship tracked that is like 200,000 kilometres away from you doesn't seem beneficial at all.

2. In development. Laser-/Beam- and ballistic weapons will be added later.

3. They all differ a bit right now. Yet, as far as I can recall, there will be made some rebalacing with all subsystems, and I guess engines are included.

4. Can't give you any information about that one, sorry.

5. That actually would be a very cool addition. I don't know if there's such thing in dev, or if it's even possible.

6. Won't happen. LT already stated that this games revolves around the player and what single actions can cause. You won't be able to have a station or fleets (yet drones and fighter hangars are already announced).

7. Well, see 6. Already in dev.

8. As far as I can recall this is only the first (second?) version of the dev UI. It will be updated.

If you got anymore questions I'd be glad to answer them.

When you are building your ship, I think it would be nice to have a copy and pace option so when you are building a massive ship instead of going to each module and setting each one with the systems you want. It would be much quicker to have one part have the systems you want and just copy them onto the other modules that you want to have that exact setup.

LT already confirmed this. Although not having a high priority it will eventually be adressed.
