Weapons always out of range
I made a juggernaut sized ship to try out the game, and when I encounter other ships (I can see them clearly), I can't lock on with my weapons. I can manually fire, but hitting a small target as a juggernaut is kind of a pain in the ♥♥♥.

I have sensors and sensor subsystems, I have reactors, I have guns (obviously), is there something I'm missing that I'd necessary for targeting systems, or is the targeting ranges just horrible? I come from EVE Online, which this mimics heavily in gameplay, but so far weapon ranges are either broken, or I'm missing something on this game.

Sorry, correction, I can lock onto targets, but the guns won't fire and it says "out of range". This occurs even if the ship in question is literally smack up beside mine.

Can you post your ship to the workshop and I'll download it and take a look? Post the link in the comments below for me. More than likely, what's happening is that your ship uses large size guns, which won't shoot unless they can track the enemy ships, and the larger the gun, the slower the tracking is.
If I'm able to get your ship to shoot etc, I'll screencast it and post the video to this thread as well.

I have different sized guns, small, large, it was a gunship. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=207324047 This is a slightly older version, I already had it uploaded when I was testing the workshop. It's only slightly changed since then, same problem present.

It's saying out of range, so I don't think it's the tracking speed.

I can fire manually like I said, but not autofire.
