Strategies For Boss on LvL 2?

I am attempting to beat level 2 on Elite difficulty and I can't seem to beat it. Where do you guys hold out? How is the placement of snipers? The thing that gets me are the skeletons and my teamates always die from the machine gun dudes. I need help with this one :/

Same with us, 3 players on sniper elite difficulty, we tried holding on the first floor in the back, not much luck, our best bet is to be all 3 of us on the same side on the balcony, 1 dps the heads, when the boss can be injured 2 players (the boss dpser and another guy near by) dps the boss until he gets 5 skulls around,then we dps the 5 skull.. its when we have the problem. too many skellies comes in at the same time.. once we kill them, some more comes giving us very little time to continue popping the boss head/ doing damage to him.

We will keep making plans...
thigns we havent tried : luring (kitting) the skellies around without killing them by 1 player, when the 2 others dps the boss.

Always move on the first floor and dance around the pillars.

Dont kill all of them and they wont spawn another wave its thats easy .And run a circut .

Dont kill all of them? Which wave do we hold them at? Do we just keep one alive and have one person run around with them while killing the boss?

Ah, I may have the answer. The player with the best shot needs to focus on taking out the General while the other players cover the stairwells. Another trick is to have one player keep a Panzerfaust on them so that when the General sends more skeletons in, you can knock them all out in one shot which buys your other players more time. Good luck!

Damn, forgot about the Elite Gunner. All players should focus on him while the better shot takes on the General. It's also best to run him around the bottom area which leaves more time for the better shot.

Got a crazy tactic really good too here.

Playing with 4 mates on Sniper Elite difficulty.

You hold the church overpass (second floor).

You assigned one guy to shoot the Occ. Gen. The best sharpshooter in your team, for example. All other have to prevent the enemy compromising the guy shooting (mines, dynamites and other useful weapons such as shotguns and pistols). They can help you if it gets quiet.

I was, in this case, the guy shooting the General.

I placed myself at the very end of the balcony, closest as possible to the General. This could be done either on left or right.

Any firearm will take out his skulls. I pulled up my pistol and took it out quickly.

My main rifle was a Preacher. This monster takes out the Occ. Gen. with only 3 shots from it.

If you aim good with the classic crosshairs, you'll get this ghost done in less than 2 minutes easily, even on SE difficulty.

When Occ. Gen. is down, all enemies will be dying.

We got through the whole game on SE as easy as it would be on cadet. You have to get good partners.

4 player co-op needs only 1 guy good at shooting skulls and youll finish it in 30 seconds. as for 1 player its not as easy on sniper elite difficulty. just getting into the cathedral is a pain. long reload times are a killer if you miss the last elites head a few times. as for the boss on single player focus as much as possible on skulls kiting stuff if need be. you gotta do it quick though or you wont stand a chance. skulls skulls skulls is the key. get good at the skulls and youll walk it on co-op or single player. GL ! (sniper elite difficulty)

Oh wow, seems like I am the only one attempting to beat this on hardest difficulty alone. This level is killing me.

I am working on a tactic to lay down explosive traps for the machine gun guy but it is keep killing me. :(

It is depressing to know that theres a real boss for this level :S

Check the guide !!! You'll see Youtube videos walkthrough I made for all bosses fights. This gameplay is for a single player, on Sniper Elite difficulty. Easy as that.
