Thank you!
Thank you for that game. It wasn´t hard at all (what i think it´s great, i hate it wenn i get stuck), but it was full of emotions filled wirth emontonal gameplay.
Thank you for that it was just amazing :-) (just the one time where the monster gets angry for no reason makes something evil and than everything is okay again felt strange. )

The world was awesome, totally unreal but it felt like a place you would love to live. :-)

The urban landscapes in the game are a stylized interpretation of favelas, the poverty-stricken neighborhoods of Latin America: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Favela_cantagalo.JPG We thought it positive to go against prevailing stereotypes concerning these parts of the world by highlighting the beautiful elements often left out in other video games and forms of media.

Thank you for taking time to stop and enjoy the colors in our game. :)

a big THANK YOU also from me.

I just finished the game in one go ...and i'm amazed.
The story is so emotional and it touches a matter that many people are afraid to speak off not to mention to put it in a game. Remarkable!
3D design and artwork ... amazing. In simple words ... pure art.
Music ... what can i say. It is sooooo emotional as the story. In fact the music is the spice that trigers all the emotions in this amazing storytelling.

This was one of the best emotional journeys that i have experienced through gaming.
Thank you!

Nice game, had heard of it already before release on PS3 but never played it.

The sad background story of this game is making this game even more sad.

Good puzzles, not that hard, not too easy, great looking levels, nice music.

And i like the funny hats. :) Played it twice just for these hats.

I love this too. Its really nice and emotional.
There are some nice subtle touches too.

I dont know if these are intentional - but the way he jumps and flaps his arms - it feels just like a bird - or a child pretending to be a bird.

Also - i love the way you hug the frogs when you carry them. They look like you are hugging a soft toy or even carrying a child:

... but then you throw them against the wall and splat them... its quite a strange juxtaposition and feels in tune with the theme of the story.

What is the language in the game? Portugese?

Wow. guys! Day. Made. :'D
Minority Media Apr 19, 2013 @ 10:06am
@SzFeri82 It's actually a language created for the purposes of the game, an amalgam of several Latin American languages. :)

I am as of now, unable to buy the game but I want to direct my regards to Vander, it's good to see a countryman (from the same city, although that isn't much of a coincidence when you think about it) in the videogame business.

So, hello Vander!

Yeah the art in this game was great.
What i ment with an unreal world, is that noone actully lives there and how you can manipulate it.
I would love to know what the lyrics of the Song at the end where. :-)

Here is a BIG Thank you from me. I never own a PS3. I only have PC and xbox 360. This is the first time to experience such a unique and quality title from you guys. The way to do best on the PC platform is to communciate with the users no matter the product is good or not. It's because there are always bugs and extra layer of polish needed some where. And users want to talk to the developer if we needed help on certain issues. This PC port and service are very good. I hope there will be another title from you guys. And keep up the good work.

@Suraci Thank you very much! We are happy to get this experience out to the PC gaming community. As you said, development is a constant process even after release, as despite thorough testing on many devices, some glitches still pop up. Being a small but dedicated team, we are grateful with the patience and understanding the Steam community has had with this. Even more so, we are fortunate to have fans that love our game so much that they volunteer to work with our programmers to help fix issues as quickly as possible and, quite frankly, there is no better feeling than to be so directly connected with our fans! You'll be happy to hear that we are currently working on a new title called Silent Enemy. :)

@Robbingbob27 We'll be happy to hear about your gaming experience when you get the game! :)

I already said Thank you in a post above .. but i would like to add something.

I was watching a video about the new PlayStation 4 witch is called ... "PlayStation Ethos" and it speaks about how Sony views the future of gaming. You can see some glimpses of different games in this video and from all these hundreds (or thousands) games out there (not to mention the AAA big budget titles)...
.. they also choose to feature Papo & Yo. :-)

I do not know how good the game sold in PS3 ... but to be featured in Sony's video about the future .. in my mind this speaks for itself .... and i'm sure they saw the creativity of this game.

you can check this out (Papo & Yo @ 2:11)
