Fixing pre-June 18th sandbox saves (NEEDED TO WIN)

The June 18th update changed the sandbox victory conditions in order to fix a few bugs that could prevent completion of some Hegemony objectives. The new victory conditions will automatically be added to new sandbox games, but unfortunately the old save games will still contain the broken objectives. In order to fix them, press F2 to open the console, type "fixwinconditions()" without the quotes and hit enter to change the scripts in the save game to the updated versions. The game will automatically update your progress through the victory conditions, and if you had won the sandbox without getting your victory popup, you should win then and there.
