In all seriousness, sorry he's annoying you so much. He does fade back a bit in the later parts of the game, but probably not enough to help you.
You have no sense of humor at all. It's pretty well written banter and it reminded me of Morte a bit from Planescape: Torment. I seriously don't understand people like you. Maybe you think he should have had an English accent? Or just simply been quiet the whole time? No dialogue at all perhaps?
Haha, the pleasure is all mine. When I started the game I figured it would be extremely serious. Especially since I read The Fallen before I started playing the game. But much like Morte in Planescape, Crispin has livened things up quite a bit and I have sincerely enjoyed it!
The whole story so far has been enjoyable and the game itself too. I have very limited experience with adventure games and this has been a good introduction.

Im 27 and i love it. Even my father still likes to play Adventure games and he likes it too. i can't see your point. Every good adventure has humor like that, even indiana jones made jokes like "im selling these fine leather jackets" while fighting nazis. I could only guess that you are in the age where you try too hard to be an adult, maybe around 16-18. Everyone was in that phase sometimes. If you are not, no offense meant.
