How can I get 187th out of the Line?
I gave 187 the law and told him that he is inocent of what he said he did. But still that robot is on the line and I cant pass.
WTF
Can anybody help me to get him out of the line?

You need two things: evidence of the law (which you can get from the kiosk), and knowledge that he in fact did not cause significant damage, since the law only grants amnesty for minor damage (which you can get by inspecting the door to the tower). If you've already done both things and talked to him, maybe try using the print out from the kiosk on him. If that still doesn't work, let me know.

umm, inspecting the door. I have not done that.

Thank you Mark, I am going to try that.

I know -- it's pretty artificial that you have to right click on it. I wish I'd figured out a better way to do that puzzle, as you are probably the fourth or fifth person to mention getting stuck there, which I assume means that hundreds of people who don't bother posting on forums also got stuck there and consulted a walkthrough in silence. Sigh.

Hi, sorry to dig that old post up, but i'm stuck at the same point, except I already checked the door, and spoke to 187 about it. But now I can't give the document to him and Horacio refuses to speak to him, and 187 is still waiting in line...
What can I do ?

Try examining the door again, see if that does anything. If not, try examining the print out if you haven't yet. (Actually, try reversing that order -- my guess is that the hold up is that you haven't actually read the print out?)

Yes indeed, I didnt read it. I thought reading the kiosk was enough.
Thank you for your help ^^

Glad to help!

Yeah, that failure to examine the print out has hung *me* up from time to time when testing. Probably was a bad design decision. :D
