slight lag

What can I do about the very subtle lag that I'm getting? It's just enough to be annoying but certainly not game breaking; it's really only noticable in the music. My graphics card is very up to date so it isn't that.

Use a source port like ECWolf or update dosbox to 0.74.

To use dosbox, just navigate to your wolf3d directory in your steam apps folder and run wolf3d.exe.

Lag for the first fps ever made? with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 16 bit graphics? hell windows 95 through windows 8 can run at no Problem

it runs just fine with the fully updated dosbox

it's an old game. and the lag is not that bad.

nope: change cpufrequency. this is a common issue with this engine. easy as hell to fix.
