Can't be. I remember playing this game in '92. Know it was '92 because there was group of us that played it. I moved away in Nov of '92. The game was a BBS download.
Back then it was cutting edge; real first person 3D graphic. The low res graphics are laughable now but back then it was amazing. Most all gaming was 2D and some non real time 3D turn based games. Recall a few dungeon crawlers like that.

Doom was created in 1993 so this cant be made in 1994.

I believe the game was re-released a few years later with the Nocturnal Missions, which is this Steam version. Kind of like how Doom came out in 93 but was re-released in 95 as Ultimate Doom with the new Thy Flesh Consumed episode.

Wolfenstein 3D originally only had 3 missions. The Nocturnal Missions are "prequel" missions, which are episodes 4, 5, and 6. If you have all six missions, then you have the Nocturnal Missions.

I think Wolf was re-released on CD-ROM in 1994. It was originally on floppies before that.
